Harris Jones & Malone LLC is proud to announce that Kenneth N. Harris, Jr. has joined its government relations team. Kenneth brings to the team valuable experience with local, state and federal government practices. Prior to joining HJM, Kenneth served as a legislative intern to both the Honorable U.S. Senator Benjamin L. Cardin, and the Honorable U.S. Congresswoman Ann McLane Kuster. While a law student he also worked for the Baltimore City Finance Department Bureau of Purchases and interned for the Honorable Judge Shirley Watts on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Prior to attending law school, Kenneth worked as a community liaison for Baltimore City Council President Bernard Jack Young, interned for the Honorable Delegate Shawn Tarrant, and served as a pre law intern for the Baltimore City Law Department. He was also a Rule 16 student litigator at the University of Maryland School of Law Legal theory and Practice: Writing in Law Practice Clinic. Kenneth is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (JD, 2015) and the University of Maryland College Park (BA, 2012).
