Each April we, at Harris Jones, LLC, have the pleasure of sharing with our clients and colleagues some of the highlights from the 90 day session of the Maryland General Assembly. This is by no means an exhaustive list of all the law that came out of the last three months, but merely a sampling of the legislation most likely to affect our state. We hope you find this a valuable resource. Reporter's Notebook: Name-calling Few, we’re guessing, have ever been dubbed Yoda, Godfather, Master or Coach, the terms used by the Maryland Computer Services Association in a recent e-mail to exalt Bob Enten and Tim Perry for their work as the lobbying masterminds behind the tech tax repeal. ‘‘They defined our overall strategy,” the e-mail said. ‘‘We merely listened and executed.
